We proudly announce that Leonard Sansanowicz has been appointed Chair-elect of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the leading statewide organization advocating for workers’ rights. With over 1,300 members, CELA plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys representing employees in workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage theft.

Leonard has supported, protected, and expanded workers’ legal rights through litigation, education, and advocacy. As incoming Chair (his term will begin in December 2025), he is honored to contribute to the organization’s efforts in fostering justice and equity for California employees. This appointment reflects his commitment to making a meaningful difference in the legal profession and the lives of the individuals he serves.
